We want you to be fully satisfied with Carfolio. If you are not happy with your paid subscription (Driver or Pro), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
The easiest way is through our payment provider, Paddle:
- Visit paddle.net and log in with the email you used to subscribe.
- Locate your Carfolio subscription order.
- Request a refund directly from your Paddle order dashboard.
Alternatively, email us at contact@carfolio.site with your order ID or the email address used at checkout, and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Eligibility
- Refunds apply to first-time subscriptions and renewals within the 30-day window.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If you received a refund for a previous subscription, a second refund for the same account may be denied at our discretion.
- Gift or transferred subscriptions are not eligible for refunds by the recipient.
Processing time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
Partial refunds and proration
We do not offer partial refunds or proration for unused portions of a subscription period outside the 30-day guarantee window. If you cancel after the 30-day period, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
